ALASKA TRAVEL & COVID-19
Updated: March 20, 2021
Lighthouse Excursions continues to carefully monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on travel to Alaska. Our top priority as a business is the health and safety of our guests and our crew, and we are committed to following all federal, state, and local health advisories and mandates as we begin welcoming visitors back to our state.
We did not operate in 2020 due to the CDC No Sail Order affecting cruise travel Alaska and, as of today, the earliest we expect to begin operations is July of 2021, pending no additional changes to the cruise line schedules.
As our industry waits for further guidance for operations from the CDC, please note we do not currently have our 2021 tour calendar publicly available on our website. However, if you are booked with one of our partner cruise lines, you can still reserve a spot through their websites, below:
If you are thinking ahead, our 2022 calendar will be available for bookings by end of April 2021.
Please also visit the Alaska Travel Industry Association’s Alaska Travel Tips – COVID-19 for up-to-date information for all travelers to Alaska. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us here. We appreciate all of your understanding and flexibility during this time.
Thank you for your continued support!
